Protection of Freedom of Expression in Justice System

Current flaws in Georgian legislation leaves possibilites for restricting freedom of expression on the grounds of protection of honor and dignity of the court. In frames of the project a unique framework will be elaborated based on the international (US/EU) best practice, internal research (legal framework analyzes and Case-study) and research within professional cycles.
